90-12o Min Comprehensive initial Appointment: Full case history, medical history, nutritional profiling and goals setting – to create your foundational health plan and a direction forward. Can be used as a ONE-OFF/ TRIAL session; Initial session of your Wellness hours or Coaching program (If chosen as part of a coaching program or wellness hours the cost of your appointment will be deducted from your future package option)
45-60 min Standard zoom follow up.
60 min. Only available after initial appointment.
15- 20 min EXPRESS Accountability Session Zoom follow up.

If the structure and regular contact of a program is not what you are looking for, you can invest in Wellness Hours. Use your Hours at a minimum of 60 mins per month. Tailored to your specific needs, your hours will be used to get you to the goals you develop in your initial appointment. (Wellness hours are available as an add on / or after your initial appointment)
